For hygiene and safety reasons, lipsticks and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products

A refund is only applicable if:

The product is damaged during delivery

You received a wrong item (wrong shade or product)

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

You must send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with the packaging.

The product must be unused and unopened.
4. Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
5. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

The complaint is raised after 48 hours.

The product is used or tampered with.
