Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, lipsticks and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

  • Please make sure to double-check shades and quantities before placing your order.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • A refund is only applicable if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery

    • You received a wrong item (wrong shade or product)

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with the packaging.

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated.

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours.

  • The product is used or tampered with.

  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake.
